> NSFW1. WORK FLOWThe creation of piece may take around a week or month/s depending on:
- Ensuring the quality of work.
- My current health condition.
- Complexity of the art piece.
- Encountering problems throughout the work.
Note: in times I lose my data, or encountering file corruption which may lead to repeating the work from scratch.Usual Process

- I will send updates on the current work given, and ask the client of approval to proceed on workflow stages, or of revisions needed (free revision allowed: 2)
- Client will be instantly informed when the progress of the work, or initial estimated time of delivery will slow down, and takes time. It will also be announced within all the social media platforms I am using to ensure that clients will be able to know of the situation.3. RUSH WORK
- Kindly do not rush me from working on the art
- Specify if the work is a "rush" work, or have a hard deadline. (Read no.1 and 2)4. REFUSAL OF WORK
- I have the rights to refuse if it is not in my capability to provide the service.5. PAYMENTS
1. Way of payment
- Payment will be paid either whole (100%), or 70-30 (first payment will be 70% upfront, and last payment will be 30% for continuation.)2. Personal Use
- The final work provided is solely for enjoyment and client have agreed to not use the work for profits, or commercial use.
- Client are allowed to use the works as profile picture, banner, merchandises as long as it is only for personal use.3. Commercial Use (Merchandise, Promotion/Ads, Prints, Streaming, Content use.)
- Commercial Use requires additional 200% payment according to the original price of the service chosen.
- Client shall not claim the art as their own work.
-The client can use the work commercially accordingly to what they have paid for.
- Further details shall be discussed through direct message.6. REVISIONS
- There will be "2" free revisions, once used there will be additional fee of $10 per revision in a day.7. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Turn-around Time- 1 week - 2 months. (Read no.1, 2, and 3.)8. USE, and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- I own all rights of the artwork. Client could not sell, distribute, reproduce, exchange, or resell the delivered work in any form; digital, physical, without prior agreement of usage.
- Feeding or using my artworks on NFTs, and AI/ engines are prohibited.
- I am allowed to post the work through my social media unless of requested, or NDA.
- I have the rights to include the artwork provided in my portfolio.9. REFUNDS
1.) Cancellation during process.
- Cancellation is not allowed and "NO" refund once the work is in progress (starting from clean sketch), and of finalization.2.) Request of Refund.
- Client should not request/ issue of refund without informing me beforehand. I will be the one to hand the refund to the client through same online transaction/ application used.3.) Cancellation/ Request of refund on sketch process or before doing the work.
- INFORM me if you want to cancel the order before completion of work ( rough sketch process, or before the work get started) is allowed.
- To clients who had received sketches (base pose, and rough sketch) may be refunded of 70-80% from their original payment.
- To those who have not receive any sketch, and requested refund may be refunded accordingly to their payment.COMMUNICATION- I am mostly active in Facebook Messenger, and X (formerly known as twitter).
